Your privacy matters to me, and I want to be straightforward about what information I collect through this website and what I do with it.

When you get in touch through the contact form, I collect the information you choose to share, typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. I use this solely to reply to you about your ceremony and to plan our work together if we go ahead. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't sell or share it with anyone outside of what's needed to respond to you.
The contact form itself is powered by Tally, a form service based in the EU. Tally processes your submission on my behalf and doesn't use tracking cookies. You can read more about how Tally handles data at tally.so/help/privacy-policy.
I process your enquiry details based on your consent (you choosing to submit the form) and, once we're working together, on the basis of fulfilling our agreement for me to lead your ceremony.
I keep enquiry details for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we proceed, for the duration of planning and delivering your ceremony, plus a short period afterwards for any follow up. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, just ask.
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because none is needed for how this site currently works.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to how it's processed, and to ask for a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@vidaceremonias.com and I'll get back to you.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es.
